1.What services do you offer?
A. Currently, we offer 6 plans.
The plans are:
a. Live Metered - there is a charge per usage.
b. Live Flat Rate - BASE
c. Live Flat Rate - FIXED
d. Live Flat Rate - MAX
e. Live for Homehealth, Hospice
f. Speexch™ - automated service
2. What is your minimum term?
A. Our minimum term is one (1) term, which is one billing cycle.
One (1) billing cycle is twenty-eight (28) days.
You have 6 options, and the longest term is 39 billing cycles, which is 156 weeks (about 3 years).
3. When is your Due Date?
A. The invoice is due upon receipt.
4. Are there late fees on outstanding balance?
A. Yes. The Late Fee is two per cent (2%) on any outstanding balance not paid by the last day of the term.
5. Do you have any grace period on late fees?
A. Yes. The grace period starts from receipt of invoice until the last day of your term.
Full payment must be received NO later than the last day of your term to avoid late fees.
6. What is your method of accepting payments?
A. Preferred method is ACH on autopay.
B. At this time, you can send your payment by Zelle® and make it payable to: finance@MessageExchangeCenter.com.
