Speexch™, our automated receptionist is designed to handle all types of calls, allowing you to focus on what matters most.  You can enjoy toll-free calling to your US or Canada telephone number, along with unlimited patching capabilities.  Say goodbye to missed calls as our system allows you to receive multiple simultaneous callers, keep them all on hold while waiting to talk to you directly.  This feature provides you efficient call-handling capabilities at a fraction of the cost of a live receptionist.

This is how it works:
A caller who wants to talk to you dials your number, your customized greeting and instruction would instruct them to record a message (you can define how detailed you want their message to be).
The caller is then put on hold.
You will be notified by text and/or a telephone call, or (via optional live agent for Medical Accounts Only).
You call in or Speexch™ calls you, and you enter your password.
You listen to the recorded message left by the caller, then you can decide whether you want to be connected (patched) to the caller holding or not.
(And if your account is Medical, as a 3rd option, our live agent will attempt to contact you presenting you the choice whether you want to be patched (connected) to the caller.)
And while patched to a caller, you still can receive more calls while other callers on hold are waiting in cue to speak to you.
